Characters

1: Katniss is the main character in the book after her father died it became her responsibility to feed the family.

2: Prim is Katniss's little sister and the main reason why Katniss is in the Hunger Games.

3: Gale is Katniss's best friend.

4: Buttercup is Prim's cat.

5: Lady is Prim's goat.

Plot

After Katniss's father dies in a mine explosion it becomes her job to hunt every morning and feed the family. One of the ways she feeds the family is to enter in the hunger games because each time you enter they give you food. The hunger games is when the different districts take a boy and a girl and make them fight to death. It all starts on the day of the reaping the day they choose who goes to the hunger games. It turns out that Prim Katniss's little sister got chosen for the hunger games so Katniss took her spot.

What will happen next?

Next time I think that she will go into the hunger games. And beat all the people or escape the hunger games. Or start a rebellion with the other kids. And might have to kill some people.
